Heavy Yes Big Yes Helpful Yes. But....
I agree this bag is cumbersome for frontline medics. Its also a pain to pack and repack. But for the money it's pretty dang good. I prefer the stomp 2 but 300 bucks of personal money is an awful lot to pay on my meager salary and the issued combat aide packs suck. You can piss and moan about this bag all day long but at the end of the day it holds the gear that saves lives.

Waste of money for medics in the fight!
This bag is way too big, put this on the pack you are already caring and you have a disaster waiting to happen, very poor flexibility with this product, no thought from actual medics who are in the fight. If you like this bag you must not be on the frontline. This is an issued pack to us corpsman with the Marines, I just throw mine in the truck and use it for sickcall!

Good Bag
Great bag. Use It almost daily. These should be issued to every medic downrange and homefront.
